 With our VoIP systems, yes you can! You’ll need to download the App (available on IOS and Android) and as soon as you have, you’ll be able to make calls to and from your business number on your mobile.  The App also includes instant messaging with colleagues.

What features does it come with?

 A VoIP phone system comes with more features than you can shake a handset at! Call forwarding, hunt groups, voicemail inboxes, there’s so many we’d take 20 minutes just to list them all!

Video conferencing too?

Yes – because the phone system is web based it’s able to benefit from integration with a number of other online applications.  If you’d like to video conference with employees or customers then this can all be done through the same system.

Does it come with call reporting?

Yes – you’ll be able to easily understand performance, the volume of calls you’re taking and responding to.  You can also see who’s on the phone and when to avoid any wasted time leaving voicemails!
