Installing your system and then disappearing isn’t our style; we like to make sure that we’re always there for our customers. As soon as it’s installed we’ll start telling you and your team how to make the most of your new system; full training will be given and you can guarantee we’ll only leave once you understand how to use all key features.

That of course won’t be the last time you hear from us! We’re always on the end of the phone if you need to call, and our team are all trained to the highest standard. Many things can be resolved over the phone or with remote programming but we also have local technicians that are able to get to you quickly and efficiently should an issue that needs attention on site arise.

All of this means that we work with our clients over the long term and it’s exactly why we’ve got one of the highest retention rates in the industry.
