At a time when track and trace, social distancing and returning to school are being talked about on a daily or even hourly basis, having an understanding of where (and in what number) people are on your school campus has never been as important.

Understanding where and when your teachers are working
We know that for the next few months you are likely to have some staff members in the classroom whilst others work from home, and this may well be different at varying times of the day. With that in mind, the Inventry system allows your staff to login as working from home, so you know who’s on site and who’s supporting pupils from home at any given time; particularly valuable for management purposes as well as social distancing.
Keeping a track of visitors to your site.
When visitors sign in, the InVentry printer quickly prints a photograph visitor badge for them, with multiple options including thermal and colour passes. When visitors sign in, the member of staff they have come to see gets an alert via email or text message that their visitor has arrived. The monitor’s facial recognition system recognises visitors that have previously been on site to speed up the sign in process.
If you were to have a positive case of Covid19 or someone needs to self-isolate, this functionality will also significantly support your ability to track and trace those that have been on site and in close proximity over the past 7 – 14 days to the person with symptoms.
Further speed up the sign in process and limit human contact
We know that as track and trace evolves, there may be times when you’re short staffed or stretched as staff members need to self-isolate. That’s why the Inventry system can enable you to pre-book visitors to your site. The person will receive and invitation link that will allow them to open the site’s Paxton door or barrier upon arrival – saving you time and resource on signing that person in.
